Return Policy
It is the customers' responsibility to review and approve all blanket ordered before they are cut and sewed together. Once customer confirms design of blanket, uBlanket LLC. is not responsible and the customer must accept items as is. Once the blankets are sewed together or the customer's T-shirts are cut, the customer cannot return the blanket and must pay in full for order.
Warranty Policy
We warranty all products to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If you wish to submit a warranty claim, you must contact us directly for a Return Authorization number (RA#). Our Warranty Department processes can take at 4 to 6 weeks or sometimes long to process your uBlanket. We are committed to the highest quality and always focus on having a happy customer.
